The shipping price is 29 DKK All orders are sent as standard home delivery with DHL. Note that this is without track & trace.

Expected delivery time is 5-10 working days. And of course include VAT and any customs duty.

It is currently not possible to return an item purchased from Miss Hourglass.
However, if a fault or defect is discovered, the consumer must, within a reasonable time after it has been discovered and should have been discovered, notify the seller in writing that he or she wants to complain about the defect. You can complain about faults and defects for up to two years after receiving the product. The right to advertise does not cover normal wear and tear, but only errors or weaknesses that have already been present during production of the product. If you as a consumer do not advertise in a timely manner, you lose the right to advertise the product.

Nevertheless, we reserve the right for obvious mistakes and errors without significance for the use and value of the product. Please contact us if you discover an error that you think should be corrected.
We also reserve the right that, for various reasons, we cannot deliver a product that is expected to be in stock.
